We offer assistance to those owners of Linn gear that was bought elsewhere. For those who still have warranty, extended or otherwise, we need the following:
original box
original sales invoice
remote
a detailed account of what is going on in writing
We may or may not repair it depending on what are the technical issues at hand. It may have to be sent to Linn Canada in British Columbia, shipping, insurance and boxing fee apply should you have thrown away your Linn boxes.
For those who have extended warranty, parts are not charged, labor is however charged.
Any mods or internal tinkering renders all warranties null and void, but we can repair nonetheless.
Turn-over of repairs, depending on nature, go from 2 weeks to 8 weeks from the time we receive parts from Linn Canada
Loaners are provided exclusively to those clients that purchased Linn products from us.
