We strive at all times to be honest and respectful of your needs. We mix this in with a keen sense of humor and with but when it's time to resolve serious issues, they are taken seriously. We are kept very busy because we do this first and foremost and do it very well.

We encourage people to take the desired amount of time to make the right choices from the get go. We have put in some effort in making people feel comfortable in our studio type shop. The environment is relaxed and so are we. You decide when it is time for you to support us. This is your right. No muss, no fuss. Simple and right. Period.
[Coffee please]
We offer quality Van Houtte coffee exclusively free of charge, or if you wish bottled water or soft drinks, as a way to show a sense of kinship and a degree of humanity. We have done this from the beginning. If we have none made, ask for it. We will be happy to oblige.
[Repair my broken arm please!]
No, we are not MDs but we can repair your broken arm, sorry, amp and any other piece of high-end gear. Repairs, modifications, schematical rectification and beyond, we do and do well. We are however selective and repair high-end audio exclusively.
[Should You Book a Rendez-Vous?]
Our shop has changed significantly since 2004. We are now able to have full active displays for what we carry. However, we encourage you to book for your own benefit. Demos are significantly more efficient when we are ready for you.
[Try As We Might]
We will try everything to make people happy and try as we might occasionally we meet some folks who have a different opinion of what audio retailing should be. We say, live and let live! Only so far as we think that these thoughts impede on our regular business flow, let us say that when push comes to shove, we do know that as much as we try to please everyone of our guests, we cannot please everybody. Our commitment is that we will always try our best.
